badco99, do you mind telling me why you were not hired as an instructor and most importantly why you chose, as I understand, not to go thru the "Business Jet Direct" program but are enrolled in the "Direct Track"(regionnals)program ?

Is it possible to instruct at FSA and THEN go thru the Business Jet Direct ? I'm thinking if I could do it that way it would optimise my chances of being hired during the internship since I would have a minimum of 1100 TT (300 for training and the manditory 800 instructing)
