Instructor Path - After you do your CFI and are offer a job FSA will pay for half of the CFII. Once you finish standardization they reimburse you for the rest. After 100 hours of instruction they fully cover your MEI. Just a reminder that you are under contract for 800hours. If you leave before that they prorate the training costs and you have to pay them back.
Business jet direct is a paid internship. You don't have to pay for any of the training.
