Seems like quite a few people are talking with their feet. It would be interesting to ask them via an exit interview if they still considered going to DCA a good decision.
I'm all about educating folks about this crazy career I'm in. I think jetcareers does a good job of that. I think DCA does a lousy job of that. A simple link to this site would take away all my worries that those entering the field are mis-educated or mislead.
