Broward, thats in Mass, right? I refuse to stay in New England (lived in Connecticut all my life) I'm really tired of living here so Mass wouldn't be my favorite place to go. Glad I'm not the only one who loved JU. Good luck to ya, sounds like you've got a good plan going.
