I would welcome the Cpt. on board and tell him that if there were any thing he needed to just ask ( insert FA's Name ) and that she/or he would be sure to take care of it. I of course would tell the FA about the "conversation" and ask her to watch out for the special pax. I would probably let this behavior slide ... the first time.
