I guess you can call it a "new" location. Pan Am runs the flight training for Beaver County Community College. I believe Pam Am has been running it for about a year or so. It is a little different than the Phoenix location, as to the speed of the program. People in Penn. are working on a two-year degree while working on flight ratings, so it takes a little longer to get through everything.
