Yea I hard something like that too. I thought that it was that no one could fly direct to anywhere outside of a 1500 mile radius from LGA or DCA. I understand why they made the rule for Love field, but why would they have a restriction like that for LGA? I would think that an LGA- LAX/SFO nonstop would do great.
