Can't say from a pilot standpoint, but from a mechanic standpoint, I have heard bad things. A couple instructors at my school have talked about them in class. To summarize the former students my school that have gone to work for them have complained about shady maintenance programs and abnormal firing(they are very quick to fire mechanics there). Not sure if that helps, but just thought I'd pass the info.

The mechanics that have been fired have been fired for doing thier jobs badly.

I can tell you from first-hand experience that ACC and the management in MKE are very serious about good MX. I never ever signed the logbook of an airplane I felt was unsafe to fly. Nor was I ever pressured to do so. I did however have a couple mechanics try to get me to fly with thier shoddy work...they were promptly fired/censured by ACC mgt.

ACC is a great place to hang your hat.

Go to Flightinfo.com and search for ACC. Myself and a buddy have posted about everything you'd ever need to know about working there.
