Texas station? I hope it was at the food court and not the buffet...just thinking about the buffet makes my stomach churn.

In any event, I wouldn't count on doing night school and instructing at ATP at the same time. As previously stated, you can never really count on having a set schedule...weather changes, last minute starts, last minute cancellations, sick students, et al. Plus I honestly don't know if I'd have the energy to do extra school work after an 8-16 hour day instructing. On top of that you're gonna have to spend some of your down time studying more aviation stuff...lesson plans for students, looking over turbine, interview, etc., getting set for the next step.
