Seriously, big congratulations!!! It's such an amazing experience. My recommendations:

Sleep when the baby sleeps . . . or you WILL go insane.

Learn how to sleep sitting up with baby in your arms, or, if you're comfortable with it, bring her to bed with you (consult your ped on this, it's a little risky). They aren't used to being of our human touch and sometimes will be quiet only when held.

Although it will seem like an eternity, it will get better after the first week; and better and better after that.
