Due to the popularity of the ME program, it's tough to get scheduled, especially when someone blocks the plane out for 8 hours and only flies it for 0.6. Believe it or not, that happens a lot. For one stretch, I don't think the engines of poor 50A cooled off for like a week. It was like one person would get out of the plane, hand the clipboard to the next person, repeat. Throw in the standard mx checks and 100 hour inspections, and scheduling can be pretty tight. On some popular days, it can be tough to get a 172. However, it's no worse than any other flight school I've been at.
