Actually, I was a juror on a DUI case in Maricopa County AZ and breathalyzer results are about a degree away from 'junk science' and aren't even admissible as evidence because of their inaccuracy.

However, breathalyzers can be used to build due cause for a blood test... The blood test is the only reliable and (get this) legal method of determining the amount of alcohol in your blood.

Or in the case of some people I know, the amount of blood in the alcohol, ack!
