Actually, College Program at Disney is more like entering into a few months of voluntary indentured servitude. You get paid the same as everyone else (which is not much), then Disney turns around and takes money out for housing......an insane amount considering you're in an apartment with about 6-7 other people and sharing a room. You normally get the work hours the full time and part time employees don't want, and Disney makes out like thieves since the program is government subsidized.
