Kool-Aid??????
What freakin airline uses Kool-Aid? The passengers would have to do without. Not having any coffee does not fall under emergencies or a valid reason to divert. I'll like to see the Captain explain that to the the chief pilot, HQ, and the FAA! It's the FA's job to make sure the required catering items are aboard prior to departure from the gate.
