I know when I applied to Key... I to got denied... but then I lowered the amount requested, and didn't have a co-signer and they approved me... the key part was to re-apply for a new loan, and not try to ammend the old, start fresh with htem and see what happens. I was approved in about 2 hours the next time... and got $49,000 from them. Hope this helps...
