Yeah, but NJA didn't say that their low F/O rates are twice as higher than flight instructing rates. I agree with NJA on that one.... "You are justifying low commuter pay because “it’s more than instructing?”

On a side note, I saw a Continental Boeing 777 in EWR but in CONTINENTAL EXPRESS colors with a "Operated by ExpressJet Airlines" sticker near the cockpit.
Then, I woke up.
