This is amazing. I wathed the time table slowly disappear. The page with the airline partners went first, next the pages with the maps were gone, then the page that gave you instructions on how to use the time table disappeared, now the whole freakin thing is gone! I'll just hang on to my "Effective October 1, 2004" book for collectors sake.
