I am curious to poll you all though; what have been some of the best interactions you have heard from GA pilots with ATC. The assumption is that most GA flights are done single pilot or they are done with only one rated pilot in the plane. This means that ATC is your best asset for help while you are flying solo. The principle of CRM is to use all available resources for situational awareness and more importantly safety. So does anyone have any good stories of using ATC in unique ways?
