"Comfortable" is one of the 4 C's of Crew Resource Management.

I'm trying to clear the cobwebs and remember them all ...

They are the 4 different levels of CRM, you start at the bottom and elevate until both pilots are satisfied.

Communicate - State the situation - "We are heading for a line of thunderstorms."
Concern - State your concern - "Should we do this?"
Comfort - "I'm not comfortable with this"
Confront - "I'm not going to let you do this."

I may be off a little but I'm pretty sure that's what we taught in CRM classes way back when (2002.)
