Honestly, I think I'd rather have the QoL of a CFI than the QoL of a Great Lakes pilot. I'm not too keen on CO, so that's working against it, too. For about the same amount of money (or more depending on how many students I'd have at the time) I could spend more time with my wife and kid, plus have TWO days off a week. Now, if I were single, it might be a different story......
