I'd second baseops.net... it's a good start... i noticed they have a few (IERW) initial entry rotary training posts for the Army Reserve and even guard units looking I think.. plus maybe look for the units website or even call.. both beneficial..
but like mentioned... I've had the best luck getting info by just digging for pilots or calling until I found someone with the scoop...
