getting something expunged DOES NOT take it off your FBI criminal history records like it never happened....I don't know where people get that crap from...I know from experience...once its on there it stays!! It only comes off the state records, which does you no good for an airline backround check.
I have a dumbass misdemeanor charge (for being in the vicinity of some other idiots breaking the law and not stopping them) from 6 years ago thats still screwing me for 4 more years, not on state records anymore but its still on my FBI records forever. This country has some f***d up laws
