You laugh..

In the AF, in our BASH, or Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard program; many varieties of birds are "profiled" by size, weight, migration habits, roosting habits, etc. Now, some want to get into which birds fly IFR, so we can determine which birds could be expected to be airborne around a base when the ceilings are low. Sort of overdoing it, IMO.......
