I guess my beef is that it was so blatantly bad.

Especially when the directors use an already maligned industry and protray us all as mindless buffoons to prop up the character development of Blair Underwood and Heather Locklear.

But I think the thread is very normal and expected. I'm sure the policemen in Reno aren't all that thrilled about "Reno 911" but at least the show is meant to be a lighthearted comedy. However if "Reno 911" was plugged as a dramatic look at what goes on behind the scenes of law enforcement in Reno, NV, I'd be swinging the old Louisville Slugger too!
