I will never forget that say. I was in biology lab as a Freshman in college and we were missing a supply. Our prof went to go get it and had run into someone that was watching it. She came back intot he room told us to stop what we were doing, clean up and go back to our rooms. She didn't tell us anything else, but it was really weird since this was a prof that owudl hold us over forever if things werent done perfectly shed make us redo them. When I got back to my dorm every room was open on my floor and each persons tv was on, so we had every possible station covering it. I went to a small school and we had some people on our floor that had relatives working/traveling in nyc. They were flipping out because they couldn't get ahold of family. Then a rumor started about Chicago being the next target and things went from bad to worse. All the malls were closed, public buildings evacuated, it was insane. I can't even imagine what it was like in NY.
