Add "Fat" fees for overweight passengers and reduce pay for overweight flight crew members! Then we can attack luggage weight. Not that this will ever go over with the public or unions, but somehow this ought to be taken into account when setting fares & fees, especially weight is a significant factor in aircraft performance and fuel burn.
