Default Re: F/O Training Costs?

CHQ provides hotel rooms throughout, per diem for the first month, then guarantee thereafter. ID the first week so you can jumpseat, US Airways travel privileges while in training for non-revving, and travel privileges appropriate to your base once you are based. Benefits (medical/dental, etc.) start 30 days after your hire date ... or about halfway through training, typically. One of the better deals for pay and benefits during training in the regional industry, to the best of my knowledge.

By the way ... for those looking for a regional job. I was hired at CHQ four months ago ... there are already some 130 pilots junior to me on the seniority list, I am a solid lineholder in my base (which is NOT some hole like BUF by the way), and I spent exactly two weeks on reserve before receiving a hard line. We are now upgrading 2002 hires. No junior manning, excellent travel privileges. This is a pretty darn good place to be ...
