I am going through the thought process here on attending ATP soon, and was curious once I get on board a regional, what kind of FO training costs can I expect? I have great credit, but only 21, I'm not shure if I would qualify for an extra $15k loan after ATP. Once hired, do they expect the training costs up front or is it deducted from your pay? Just curious on how this works.
