Ya know, I'd say you do or don't ... but I don't know. Been too long since I checked the regs. Didn't think you needed it, but I haven't looked that one up in 6 years. I claim ignorance on this one.

That CR9 is landing on 26 in PHX. I was holding on Bravo waiting for my for gate, so I took the camera out and started snapping away.
