First off, welcome to the boards.

Second, last time I checked ATP had a plane in RIC. When I got my MEI/CFII from them it was 2,000$. The CMEL was 1700$. That will take about two weeks. With the amount of multi time you have there is no need for you to go through the whole program. Then you pick up your CSEL/CFI SEL.

Unless of course, you don't like money.
