PRC dumped SallieMae for Keybank about 9 months back. That's a shame, since SallieMae would approve a chimp for a loan.

Anyhoo, Keybank loans are pretty tough to get. They have really low interest rates, so you or your cosigner has to have really good credit. If you're really having problems getting a loan, don't hesitate to apply with Citibank. Their interest rates are a bit higher, but they're less picky on who they approve.
