Actually the NDR stands for National Drivers Registry. The NDR will list only Suspensions, or revocations of your drivers liscense. Once your name is listed in the NDR it is listed forever; however when the NDR reports to an airline about a certain person the NDR will only show the airlines the last five years and any suspension enforcements still active. The FAA also checks the NDR when people apply for a medical or pilots certificate and the NDR will only report the last 7 years and suspension enforcements still in action. Only serious driving offenses are listed in the NDR. All speeding tickets are listed by your states S.O.S offices. Speeding tickets usually stay on your record for 3-5 years, if the driving offense led to a suspension of your drivers license then it will be listed for 7 years on you state driving record but varies from state to state.
