Of course anything could become a burden, that's why I said if you let it. I'd feel better about a football obsession than a game obsession, but anything that becomes a burden is a problem. I am just going off my own feelings and experiences. Whether it's rational or not, I still have a bias towards games and would rather my son do other things.
