Basically how it works is you share the airplane, and the host of the plane has full control of the aircraft. The "co-pilot" can click things, set flaps, set radios, etc but cant control the throttle or control surfaces. If you want to switch it all over to the other guy, you hit Ctrl+Shift+T and then so do they and its transferred
