Thanks guys once again for the replies.

It is such a complicated issue being low time is it not? I certainly would not want to undermine the integrity or experience of those who have more time than I. But I'd like the chance to get my foot in the door as well. Not really knowing what the pay is like out there, I really would not know what to expect, or what I should even ask for (if asked about pay) if interviewed for a job. My only experience has been the opportunity to review someone else's contract on a Hawker 800 @ 120k annual flying in the middle east. So, any tips or advice I certainly do appreciate. If anyone is looking to mentor a pilot, well, I'd enjoy the counsel of those in the know.
