Agreed, Dave. I really don't think that they had any evil intentions. They tried to save a buck, and it bit them. It could happen to everyone.

I'm a big fan of Alaska Airlines. It's unfortunate that the actions of a few can scar an otherwise wonderful company!! They'll get past it, though.
