Some of the worst I have seen in ATL is bags going to San Salvador. The come out of the plane wrapped in green cargo netting and have everything under the sun in them. Delta usually has to leave off bags because they are so big and can fit in the 737-800. I think they fly a 767 sometimes to accomadate them.

I flew Salvadore a lot. I swear those people were breaking down small cars and checking them as baggage! Funny thing, almost none of those flights ever had the stab trim setting right. Hmmmm.

You definitely need to put the weight lifters on those flights. I've seen some of the gals really struggling to get bags on the belt.

I understood that we freighted the excess bags down. I've never seen a bigger aiplane on the route.
