They ran Flying Blind a couple of weeks ago back to back with a show on a DC-9? that had the elevator go out. It spiraled into the Pacific on approach to LAX. I think it MIGHT have been Aloha, but I can't remember. Both of them were pretty interesting. The first half of the show was basically a dramatization of the incidents, and the second half was aftermath such as family responses and legal cases.
