As a customer service agent I can feel some of those agents pain. Lucky for me though I am a ramp rat and have no desire to work the gate or ticketing unless there is a promotion and money involved. My wife ask me if folks are really like that and I told without a doubt but most of those on the show are quite calm. I have seem some get down right awful and have to be escorted by police away from the counter and been denied travel all day. Drunks are the funniest though.
