The site needs to lose the black background and white text and reverse it. It's hard to read. Plus it fills up the entire screen that makes reading harder. It needs to have some sort of frame to it.

I like this tagline:

All material, unless otherwise credited, is copyrighted and property of the Remember 3407 Project. 2009.

Did you take that picture on the top?

I know I sound harsh. You don't want to get sued for that image. Just an FYI.
