There's a form letter on the site. It lists the agenda of R3407P and explains why those things could stand to be changed.
I suggest it for those who don't know what to write.
For those that want to speak their mind differently, I encourage that. While all opinions may not agree or convey themselves as eloquently as others, conveying the message of another concerned citizen is what counts.
