Are airnet gonna stick with the cheque flying business or move into on demand charter flying?

Are the working hours (Mon-Thurs) stable hours, or is there any unpredictable flying schedules?


Is it a good stable job, especially if you have a family?

Also, I'm from the UK, do Airnet hire or work visa sponsor foreign pilots?
