I have never really hung out in the forum so maybe these questions have already been asked so sorry for asking again.

If I were to attend ATP I would be going from zero-CFI. I heard you have a better chance to get on as a CFI if going from zero-CFI. Any truth to that?

What is the percentage that get hired on as CFI's?
