You'll need to get that 40 speed up, bro.... but as I said - don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it. My first timed 40 in college was 5.2 - I ##### you not. I worked my BUTT off on muscle development and technique and my last timed 40 was 4.68. Still not a burner, but good enough to get open over the middle.
