Not really true.
Amflight will move you if they need you, but if they don't want to move you (even if you're senior enough to hold the transfer) you won't be moved and they'll cite seniority.
Put simply if the company needs you to move, and you're willing then you'll move. If the company needs you to move, and you're unwilling, then you'll move. The company has almost absolute control over what they can do to you.
Now that being said, I've never seen them be THAT harsh to people, but understand they can do whatever they want to you. There's no contract, there's no union, and there's no way for you to assure that you'll get what you bid even if you can hold it.
