Hey now, Minnesota rocks. It got above freezing here for a few seconds a coupla weeks back. And there's only like three more months of winter left before it's mosquito season (the official state bird of Minnesota.)

On the low-time job front,
these guys had a fire patrol contract with the MN DNR a year or two back and were looking for 500 PIC (not TT but PIC) to do patrols in 172s. The pay was decent IIRC, something like $150/day whether you flew an hour or 8.
I don't know if they still have a contract, or even if they're still in business, but if anybody's interested it couldn't hurt to drop a line and find out. Guy's name is Aaron Murray,
