The ups side was I learned a great deal about intrument flying as a result of teaching mostly Instrument pilots.
Overall, not a great company to work for. Their mind-set is that pilots are expendable/replaceable. And yes they charge A LOT for your time and pay you peanuts while Harrington lives a lifestyle of the rich and famous.
