There are a number of contractors flying over there but I'm not sure they can be called "shady".
They might not tell you all the details of what they do although it's not all secret squirrel stuff. Most of it seems to be rather ordinary stuff done in extraordinary places.
But, on payday the "shadiness" would be replaced with a giant beam of sunshine...along with a big grin on your face.
