OK - In order to get accurate information on meeting venue's, I need an estimated attendance number and an idea on when you would be coming into town, so I can look up and talk to meeting planners about space and getting a "group" of rooms... most casino's only let you get a group of rooms if there are 100 rooms or more...
I'm looking into Hawthorn suites as well because you can get a group rate of 10 or more rooms and because they're suite style (extra sofa bed) which means folks can double up (4-6 ppl per room) if they want to...
So - The preferred date we're looking at is September 24-26, the alternate date is Sept 17-19...yes, 2004.. haha

DEFINATELY plan on being there and give a small shout if you're in the "maybe, depends on funds" area as well... I'll try to work with everyone as best as I can.. but it's vegas and it'll be a weekend event...
I need a really *good* estimate in order to "budget" wisely and get the best bang for our buck. The number of attendees is really important to Vegas meeting planners (just found out).
